From Sandra Lever:
I am wondering whether anyone from the NNO has conducted any work within their specialty on the scope of practise for ENs. I am not sure whether this is similiar for other specialties but within rehabilitation nursing, we are finding that there is a blurring between the role of the registered and enrolled nurse. Hence, there is a research project currently in progress exploring this in rehabilitation. If anyone has conducted any work in this area or has any suggestions, could they please let me know, so that I can get in contact with them. Any guidance or assistance would be really appreciated.
Kind regards
Sandra

The Australian Nursing Journal offers an ongoing opportunity for people to contribute to two sections of the journal, the 'Clinical Update' and 'Focus' sections.

'Clinical Update' is a technical tool for nurses, intended to provide useful, relevant, and up-to-date clinical information to assist nurses in their practice. It is an ideal way for specialist nurses to share their knowledge or research in a manner that will not only benefit their peers, but raise their profile at the same time! Guidelines are available from the ANJ editor by emailing anj@anf.org.au.

'Focus' is a section where nurses can share their news on innovative projects and professional accomplishments in a more informal style. These are intended to be 'news' type articles, and should be around 300 words each.

Please contact Fiona Armstrong, Associate Editor, by emailing fiona@anf.org.au or Yvonne Kelley, ANJ Editor by emailing anj@anf.org.au for further details about how to be involved in the journal.
