RSA Workforce Advisory Group
Background
At the 2008 RSA Conference, renal nurses approached the RSA board to discuss the feasibility of a working group being established to examine renal workforce issues.
Expressions of interest were sought in early 2009 from RSA members from all branches to consider involvement in this work.
The Group met for the first time in July 2009, and the results of that first meeting are displayed for your interest.
The ongoing members of the Group are:

The Group established draft Terms of Reference, and although progress so far has been slow, are committed to meeting on an ongoing basis to contribute towards discussion and work on renal workforce related issues.
