The RSA Award

Purpose

By making this award available the RSA recognises those individuals who have made an outstanding contribution /commitment to the RSA/ renal community at a local and/or national level.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Current member of RSA with three years consecutive membership 
  • Not received the federal award in the last three years
  • Evidence of high standards of practice
  • Evidence of outstanding and continued commitment to the RSA

Nomination at Branch Level

Nominations for the 2012 Federal Award close 1 April 2012.

Members wishing to make a nomination to their Branch need to complete the Nomination Form and send it to their Branch Secretary.


Each Branch committee will assess local members' nominations and nominate one person  as the branches nominee for the Federal Award. 
 
To nominate a member of your Branch you need to submit  a nomination form addressing the nomination criteria.

Please note: the RSA will accept only one nomination from each branch.

 

Selection of award winner at Federal Level

The members of the RSA Federal Board will select the award winner and the award winner will be announced at the next RSA National Conference.
