RSA Leader Award

Recognising the RSA member that has best demonstrated innovation and leadership in renal care and/or the RSA values of excellence, collaboration, leadership, diversity and innovation.  

Nomination criteria:

• To be eligible, the nominee must be a current financial member of the RSA.
• By submitting the online nomination form, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
• Self-nominations or nominations from members are accepted.  Nominations are required to respond to specific questions relating to the award, including:
  • Please tell us how you or your colleague demonstrates leadership within the workplace and/or in the community?
  • Provide an example of how the nominee demonstrates innovation and leadership in renal care?
  • The RSA values are: excellence, collaboration, leadership, diversity and innovation. How does the nominee demonstrate these values? 
• Supporting documents can be provided on the form. 

Selection:

• A judging panel of RSA Life Members will select the award recipient
• All decisions are final, with no appeals process.
