RSA Health Equity Award
Awarding a nephrology team or individual who has demonstrated a deep understanding of the diversity and differences in our communities to address health inequalities for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Island, Maori and Pacifica patients.
Nominations are required to respond to the below questions:
· What was the problem you were trying to solve?
· What was your solution, initiative, approach or project you implemented to promote better health outcomes for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Island, Maori and/or Pacifica patients?
