The following terms and conditions apply in relation to nominations for the RSA Awards program --
- Nominees for the RSA Award must be a current financial member of the Renal Society of Australasia, where there is three or more consecutive years of membership, as well as, having not received the RSA Award in the previous three years.
- Nominees for the RSA Leader, Patients First, Health Equity and Practice Advancement and Innovation Awards must be a current financial member of the Renal Society of Australasia. Previous winners are eligible.
- Only nominations submitted via the RSA website will be accepted as valid.
- By submitting the relevant Nomination Form you accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Nominations must be submitted by the closing date. Any nomination submitted after this time cannot be accepted.
- Multiple nominations (from multiple nominators) for the same individual may be submitted, but it does not affect the judging criteria. Each nomination will be judged on its merit.
- The RSA retains the right to contact nominees after the nomination period closes and prior to announcing the winners.
- The RSA retains the right to exclude an entry should the nomination not meet the required criteria.
- The RSA retains the right to withhold conferring an award in one or more categories should the nominations not meet the required criteria ie. a threshold raw score must be achieved for the award to be bestowed.
- All information submitted on the Nomination Form must be true and correct at the time of nominating.
- The award recipients agree to have their name and image in any publicity materials, media and websites.
- All decisions by the Judging Panel are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The judges kindly give up their time to judge the awards voluntarily, and individual feedback on each entry is not possible.
