Expression of Interest - Casual & External Director for RSA Board
Please complete the form below - and upload a photograph (headshot), a short biography (less than 100 words) and an Election Statement of Board Intent (up to 250 words) for the following opportunities to join the Board:
- Casual Vacancy: A casual vacancy exists due to a director resignation during their two-year term as an Elected Director. Through submission of an expression of interest from an RSA member, the successful person will be appointed by the Board and will hold the position until the 2022 AGM.
- External Director: The Elected Directors may by resolution appoint up to two External Directors to serve on the Board where appropriate diversity in relation to gender, location, age, skill, experience and knowledge is sought that supplement the existing Board. These positions can be held by an RSA member however this is not a requirement. Commencing from the 2021 AGM, the initial term of the Elected Director will be determined by the Board, although it shall be for a one-year period, as a minimum.
