Why join the RSA?

RSA's mission is to inspire and enable the delivery of better outcomes and experiences in kidney care. By joining RSA as a member, you can:

Amplify your voice

  • The RSA is a multi-disciplinary organisation of members. Membership is open to nurses, social workers, dietitians, technicians, unit managers, transplant co-ordinators and other allied healthcare professionals working with people with kidney disease. Members are the collective voice of those that are advancing the care of people with kidney disease. As RSA moves into the advocacy space, we invite members to participate in shaping policy that impacts the industry.

Stay current on research and best practice

  • Exchanging information and sharing best practices with peers is invaluable when it comes to issues that affect the entire industry. RSA membership provides access to a wide range of specialised training opportunities to advance your personal knowledge and increase your credibility within the kidney health profession.

Enhance your professional reputation

  • As with most things in life, the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. The best way to make your membership worthwhile is getting involved! Participate in a working group, apply for a grant or scholarship, share the latest research with your team, and make new connections with peers from different health services across Australia and New Zealand. These are all ways you can get the most out of your RSA membership, increase your knowledge, and enhance your professional reputation.

We are committed to advancing the care of people with kidney disease by providing support, connection and collaboration for our renal nursing and allied health communities across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. We invite you to join us!
