The Board would like to thank the Advisory Forum members, as well as everyone who completed the member survey, for their valued input into the 2021/2022 RSA strategic plan. Based on this feedback and input the 6 pillars of Education (CPD), Communications, Advocacy, Practice Development, Clinical Standards and Governance remain the same as previous years.  However we have refined the structure of the plan so it only covers our key actions for one year (used to be 3) and also has clearly identified priorities. Many items in the priorities column were identified by the Advisory Forum and from the member surveys and these intended actions will be reviewed and acted upon at our ongoing board meetings.
