These trials were both placebo-controlled, randomised trials and independent commentary for the review has been provided by Professor Andrew Sindone, Director of the Heart Failure Unit and Department of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Concord Hospital.

The RSA 2021 Organising Committee and RSA Board in consultation with the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) have made the difficult decision to convert this conference to a totally virtual experience. The advantage of the virtual conference is that you can watch all presentations live, or in your own time after the event, allowing you to watch every single presentation at a time that suits you. Patients planning to travel can use this resource in preparation for their travels to identify and read about dialysis units and understand any special requirements in preparation for a visit.
Travel Dialysis Review also provides an opportunity for dialysis units and organisations to build visiting patient reviews into their standard procedures for holiday patients, providing valuable feedback.
